Invitation Letters

Overseas participants are requested to consult the Chinese Embassy or Consulate in their home country, or their travel agency, for specific details on visa requirements. More information can also be found at https://www.visaforchina.org. For pre-registered participants who require a visa, please email ICUD@nbu.edu.cn to request a Letter of Invitation.

· Institution / Company

· Arrival and departure dates
