Abstract Submission

  • 1) The length of the abstract is Maximum 4 A4/letter pages. The template can be downloaded here.
  •  
  • 2) The submitted abstracts will first undergo an in-house review to determine whether they adhere to accepted academic norms and to filter out incomplete or out-of-scope submissions. All abstracts that have successfully passed this initial screening are subsequently assigned to two scientific committee members for review. Each reviewer is asked to rate the abstract according to assessment criteria (background and rationale for study, appropriateness of methods, presentation of results, conclusions and interpretations of results, and overall clarity of abstract).

  • 3) Authors willing to win the Poul Harremoës Award (PHA) will be asked to submit full papers for further evaluation by the PHA scientific committee.
  •  
  • 4) Rules for the administration of the Poul Harremoës Award are available in the Awards section.
  •  
  • 5) Ensure all submitted abstracts are original and have not been published previously.
