Abstract Submission

Abstract Submission

  • 1) The length of the abstract is Maximum 4 A4 pages. The template can be downloaded here.
  •
  • 2) A submitted abstract is assessed by at least two reviewers. Submitted abstracts will be first reviewed in-house to see if they conform to accepted academic norms and to screen out incomplete or out-of-scope submissions. All abstracts that have passed this initial screening are then assigned to two scientific committee members for review. Each reviewer is asked to score the abstract based on four assessment categories (relevance to the conference, scientific importance, soundness of methodology, and quality of presentation).
  •
  • 3) Authors of highly rated extended abstracts will be asked to submit full papers for further evaluation by the Poul Harremoës Award (PHA) scientific committee.
  •
  • 4) Rules for the administration of the Poul Harremoës Award are available in the Awards section.
  •
  • 5) Ensure all submitted abstracts are original and have not been published previously.
